independent non-executive Director of a listed company, Basil Read
Holdings Limited, and chairs its Audit Committee. She is an
independent non-executive Director of the Johannesburg Development
Agency, where she chairs its Audit Committee and is also an
independent non-executive director of Austro Group Limited.
