POSTPONEMENT OF SALIENT DATES IN RELATION TO THE RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are advised that the Company has to make changes
to the salient dates of the Rights Offer that were announced
on SENS on 30 December 2013. This is due to the Commissioner
of Companies and Intellectual Property (CIPC) not yet
registering the special resolutions that were passed at the
General Meeting held on 17 January 2014.
The Company is currently in the process of resolving the delay
at CIPC and will announce the revised salient dates as soon as
practicable.
