CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SilverBridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Litha Gcwabe has resigned from the
Board with effect from 13 February 2014, following his resignation from Kagiso Tiso Holdings Limited, a
major shareholder in SilverBridge.
The Board thanks Litha for his valuable contribution as non-executive director of SilverBridge and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
