NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONDITION 19.3
(NOTICES) OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ISSUER’S
ZAR2,000,000,000 DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME
In accordance with Condition 19.3 (Notices) of the terms and
conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) in the Programme
Memorandum dated 18 November 2013, as amended or supplemented
from time to time, notice is hereby given by the Issuer to the
Noteholders for purposes of advising the Noteholders of the
following:
1. that pursuant to Condition 8.6 Resignation of a
Guarantor) of the Terms and Conditions and Clause 19 of
the Guarantee, Aurora College Proprietary Limited
confirmed its resignation as Guarantor to the Issuer on
14 February 2014;
2. that Aurora College Proprietary Limited’s release from its
obligations under the Guarantee, as a Guarantor, was
confirmed by the Issuer with effect from 14 February
2014; and
3. that pursuant to Condition 8.5 (Additional Guarantors) of
the Terms and Conditions, Plot One Hundred Bush Hill
Proprietary Limited, Stratland Developments Proprietary
Limited and Dream Park Village Proprietary Limited have
acceded as Guarantors to the Guarantee with effect from
14 February 2014.
This Notice is being delivered to Strate Limited and the JSE
Limited in accordance with Condition 19.3 (Notices) (as read
with Conditions 8.5.3 and 8.6.2) of the Terms and Conditions.
