Shareholders are referred to the announcement advising of the passing of a special resolution in terms of Section 60
of the Companies Act, 2008, which announcement was released on SENS on 24 January 2014.
The special resolution, which provides for the change of the name of the Company to Ecsponent Limited, is still
awaiting registration by CIPC and the salient dates in respect of the change of name of the Company on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange will accordingly be amended. Revised salient dates will be released on SENS as soon
as confirmation of the registration of the special resolution has been received.
