CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Linked unitholders are referred to the joint cautionary announcement released by Rebosis Property Fund
Limited (“Rebosis”) and Delta Property Fund Limited (“Delta”) on Friday, 7 February 2014, wherein it was
announced that Rebosis and Delta are in discussions regarding their respective strategies and unitholder
interests generally and with regard to Ascension.
Ascension has now joined the discussions referred to in that joint cautionary announcement.
Linked unitholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
