DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of USD 59 cents per BILNNG share instalment that is payable
on Wednesday, 26 March 2014. The proposed exchange rate is yet to be announced. The final
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 28 February 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 03 March 2014. The record date will be Friday, 07 March 2014.
