DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LTD (TRU) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 216 cents per TRUNIH
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 17 March 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of
15 per cent. No STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 183.6 cents per share
instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 07 March 2014. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 10 March 2014. The record date will be Friday, 14 March 2014.
TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LTD's income tax number is 9875/145/71/7.
