CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is
hereby given that Mr Bert Kok has been appointed as the company secretary of Murray &
Roberts, with immediate effect. Mrs Rentia Joubert has stepped down as company
secretary to take up another position within the Group.
Bert is a Chartered Secretary and has been the Group’s assistant company secretary
since 2011. He is a Fellow member of Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa (CSSA) and
is a director and past president (2010) of CSSA. He has more than 10 years experience in
a listed company environment.
