RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Mr
Rudolph de Bruin, and as a consequence his alternate director Dr John
Bristow. Their resignations are effective 25 February 2014.
The board of Miranda would like to thank Mr de Bruin and Dr Bristow for
their contribution and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
