RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) AND CHANGES TO THE
BOARD
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the AGM of CSG held yesterday, Wednesday,
26 February 2014, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions, if applicable will be filed with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF JUDITH MALAN,
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
With immediate effect, Ms Judith Malan, an independent non-
executive director, in addition to her current responsibilities,
has been appointed as Lead independent non-executive director, a
member of the audit committee and social and ethics committee of
the Company.
