CHANGE IN DIRECTORS FUNCTION
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the change in function of Ms Carole Chiloane
from Independent Non-Executive Director to Non-Executive director.
Ms Chiloane’s change of function came about when the Sentula transaction
was first contemplated with the involvement of Mochiba in the Board meeting
held on 19 May 2013. Ms Chiloane is the sole subscriber of Mochiba
Investments (Pty) Ltd.
