RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The general meeting of Tradehold shareholders to approve resolutions to:
- place the authorised but unissued shares under the control of the directors of the
Company;
- authorize the directors to provide financial assistance as contemplated in
sections 44 and 45 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008,
was held today, Monday, 3 March 2014. All the special and ordinary resolutions as set
out in the notice of general meeting to shareholders, dated 31 January 2014, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission in due course.
