CHANGES TO THE AWETHU BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Salim Ahmed
Bismilla has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 28 February 2014. Mr
Bismilla has extensive experience in the accounting profession
and will be appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee of Awethu.
