Shareholders are referred to the update on the Reverse Listing of Ardor and Renewal of
Cautionary announcement released on SENS on 2 December 2013 and 20 January 2014
respectively, are advised that the Company is still awaiting confirmation of receipt of funds that will
trigger the acquisition of the minimum portfolio and the Reverse Listing process.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities
until an announcement regarding the receipt of these funds is made.
