CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of AfroCentric wishes to advise, in compliance with
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, that Mr Brian Joffe has
resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 03 March 2014.
Mr Joffe was a founding non-executive director of Afrocentric
and the board would like to extend its sincere thanks and
appreciation for his valuable contribution to the Company over
the years and wishes him continued success in his future
corporate endeavours.
