CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Mr Stefan Kleynhans has been appointed as FoneWorx’ company secretary with effect from 27
February 2014, replacing Mr Pieter Scholtz, the Financial Director, who will no longer be fulfilling the role of
company secretary.
Mr Kleynhans is currently the Legal and HR Manager of FoneWorx and is an advocate of the High Court of
South Africa. He was previously a Member of the Johannesburg Bar. He holds the degrees BA (Law) B.Iuris,
LLB and LLM (Banking) and is presently completing a LLM in Corporate Law.
