CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Following a recommendation made by the Audit Committee on 3 December 2013 and Board
approval on 9 January 2014 the Company announces that after a competitive tender process,
Deloitte LLP, has resigned as the Company’s auditor and that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
has been appointed as the new auditor with immediate effect.
PricewaterhouseCoopers led by their team in South Africa is conducting the Group audit for
the year ended 31 December 2013.
