Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 28 November 2013 regarding the
Minoscape acquisition. The circular in respect of the Minoscape acquisition is expected to be posted
to shareholders by the end of April 2014. Shareholders will be notified once this circular has been
posted.
