CHANGE IN DIRECTOR’S FUNCTION: ACTING EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, Protech
advises that Mr Antony Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as
acting Executive Financial Director of the Company effective from 6 March 2014. When an
Executive Financial Director is appointed, Mr Page will step down as acting Executive Financial
Director and continue his duties as Chief Executive Officer. The appointment has been ratified
by the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of urgently filling the vacancy of
Executive Financial Director and will be updated accordingly.
