PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWRAND TRUST EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECURITIES
(“NewRand ETF” and “NewRand ETF securities”)
Investors are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service
(“SENS”) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on the 10 February 2014 wherein Investors were advised of
the timeline leading up to the closure of the NewRand ETF structure (“EFT”). In terms of the
timeline the ETF has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,148,128 NewRand ETF
securities. The de-listing of these securities is as a result of the investors exercising their right to
redeem on or before the last day to trade per the SENS released on 10 February 2014,
redeeming 1,148,128 NewRand ETF securities.
Following the de-listing there will be 1,871,838 NewRand ETF securities in issue.
