SECTION 122 NOTICE
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron hereby confirms
that the company has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008
(Act No. 71 of 2008).
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd has informed Altron that it has acquired an
additional 7 999 407 Altron participating preference shares on behalf of its clients, which
equates to 3.2% of the total issued participating preference share capital of the company.
Following the notice which was dated and received on 7 March 2014, Coronation Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd now holds 30.69% (previously 27.49%) of the issued participating
preference share capital of the company.
