Santam shareholders are advised that the Santam Integrated Report 2013,
which incorporates the summary consolidated financial statements of the
Santam Group for the year ended 31 December 2013, is available on the
Santam website (http://www.santam.co.za). The audited summary
consolidated financial statements of the Santam Group contained in the
Santam Integrated Report 2013 contain no modifications to the audited
financial results of the Santam Group for the year ended 31 December
2013 released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE on 26
February 2014. The summary consolidated financial statements of the
Santam Group for the year ended 31 December 2013, which includes a
notice of the Company’s Annual General Meeting together with a form of
proxy, will be distributed to shareholders by no later than 31 March
2014.
