PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF NEWRAND TRUST EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECURITIES
(“NewRand ETF” and “NewRand ETF securities”)
In an announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (“JSE”)
on 7 March 2014 investors were advised of the partial redemption of 1,148,128 NewRand ETF
securities. Investors are to note that the number of NewRand ETF securities being redeemed
was incorrectly stated and the correct number of NewRand ETF securities redeemed on 7 March
2014 is 1,147,949.
Following the de-listing there will be 1,872,017 NewRand ETF securities in issue.
