CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that:
- Mr Michael Ross CA (SA), the interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) has been appointed as
the permanent CFO and director with effect from 7 March 2014;
- Mr Mfanyana Salanje, a non-executive director, and Chairman of the Audit Committee has
resigned with effect from 10 March 2014 due to ill health.
The board of Wearne wants to thank Mr Salanje for his contribution and welcomes Mr Ross to the board
of directors.
