CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Ms Dineo Maphatiane (“Ms Maphatiane”) has
resigned as a non-executive director from the Board of
directors (“the Board”) with effect from the close of business
on 10 March 2014.
The Board would like to thank Ms Maphatiane for her
contribution to Dorbyl.
