CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Compu-Clearing (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Costas Efthymiades has stood down as Group
Financial Director and from the Board and that Mr Jonathan Davis has been appointed in his stead.
The Board would like to thank Costas for his many years of effort and dedication.
Costas will continue to serve the Group in other areas.
