CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Unitholders are advised that, with effect from 11 April 2014, and subject to approval by the Financial
Services Board, Aaron Suckerman has resigned from his position as the financial director of Fountainhead.
Aaron has resigned to pursue another opportunity within the property industry. He will remain available to
finalise the interim results of Fountainhead, which are expected to be released on or about 9 April 2014.
The board of directors has embarked upon a process of appointing a suitable replacement and expects to make
an announcement in this regard in the near future.
The board of directors thanks Aaron for his contribution and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
