DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO AMERICAN PLC and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLO AMERICAN PLC (AGL) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 586.9644 cents per AGLNNH share instalment
that is payable on Tuesday, 29 April 2014. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No
STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 498.91974 cents per share instalment. The
final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend was Thursday, 13 March 2014. The Share Instalment commenced
trading ex-dividend on Friday, 14 March 2014. The record date will be Thursday, 20 March 2014.
