Discretionary cash bonuses were awarded to members of the Trustco
group executive committee in recognition of individual performance.
In accordance with the terms of the bonus it was utilised by the
Company Secretary to acquire ordinary shares in the Company as
detailed above. Clearance for the share transaction was obtained
from the Chairman of the board of directors of the Company in
accordance with paragraph 3.66 of the Listings Requirements.
