Notice of future change to the board of directors
Shareholders are advised that Mr David Miller, Chief Financial Officer and acting CEO of
SACMH, has given the company three months’ notice of his resignation as CFO, acting
CEO and board member. Mr Miller will remain in his current positions to oversee the
completion of the auditing of the company’s annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2013.
The board would like to thank Mr Miller for his contribution to the company, and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
The company will commence a process to identify a suitable successor. A further
announcement will be made as soon as a successor has been appointed.
