In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that the Public
Investment Corporation has disposed of shares in the company. Its total
beneficial interest has been reduced by 1.506%, with its shareholding now
amounting to 9.702% of the total number of shares in issue.
Formal notification has been received from the Public Investment Corporation
and Pick n Pay Stores Limited has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
