121 (2) (b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements, the Company advises shareholders that it has been notified by Foord Asset
Management (Pty) Ltd (acting on behalf of its clients) that it has disposed of shares in the
Company resulting in Foord’s clients collective beneficial interest in the Company decreasing
to 4.84% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
