FUTURE CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mark McGowan CA(SA) will be
joining the Company on 1st August 2014 as a director and as the
Chief Financial Offer (“CFO”) to replace the current CFO, who
will be leaving the Company on the 31st October 2014 as advised
in the SENS announcement of the 25th February 2014.
Mark is well known to Metrofile having been the audit partner
of its operating subsidiaries some years ago and subsequently
having undertaken various projects for the Group.
The board looks forward to working with him in the future.
