Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
18 March 2014 regarding the appointment of Mr. Vusi Khumalo (“Mr.
Khumalo”) as a non-executive director to the board of directors of
Dorbyl.
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Khumalo’s appointment is with effect
from 20 March 2014 as opposed to 20 February 2014, which was previously
communicated to shareholders.
