TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the
“Companies Act”) and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act
Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that RBPlat has received
notification from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of
the acquisition by Coronation (on behalf of its clients) of RBPlat
shares, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest (on behalf of
its clients) in RBPlat is now 5.02% (previously 4.73%) of RBPlat’s issued
shares.
