Further to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited
(“JSE”) on Thursday, 20 March 2014, and pursuant to the initial offer, 884,696 NewGold Palladium
Debentures referencing approximately 8,846.960 fine troy ounces of palladium will be issued and
listed on the main board of the JSE, in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from today,
27 March 2014, at an approximate issue price of R83.83 per NewGold Palladium Debenture.
