RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG (“the board”) hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Richard Bendel has resigned as an independent non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 19 March 2014.
The board thanks Richard for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well
in all future endeavours.
