LISTING REGULATIONS
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 25 March 2014, Capital Partners Group Holdings
Ltd (“CPGHL”), which held 34.44% of the Class A Shares in the Company, purchased from
Mayo Investments Limited its entire shareholding of Class A Shares in the Company, which has
increased CPGHL’s total shareholding of Class A Shares to 39.95%.
The Company has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on
the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited.
