UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF KNIFE CAPITAL PROPRIETARY LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated Friday,
13 December 2013 and Tuesday, 18 February 2014 wherein
shareholders were advised that Afdawn had entered into an
agreement (“the Agreement”) to acquire 100% of the issued shares
in Knife Capital Proprietary Limited (“Knife Capital
Acquisition”), subject to the conditions precedent set out in
Agreement.
Shareholders are hereby advised that all the conditions precedent
have been fulfilled and accordingly, the Knife Capital Acquisition
will be implemented in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
