NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2013 were posted to shareholders today and contain no modifications to the audited
results that were published on SENS on 12 March 2014. Deloitte & Touche audited the results and
the annual financial statements of the Group and the Company and their report is available for
inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held at 10h00 on
Wednesday, 18 June 2014, at Control Instruments Automotive, 59 Merino Avenue, City Deep,
Johannesburg to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
