CHANGE IN DIRECTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUDIT COMMITTEE COMPOSITION
Change in Director’s Responsibilities
Shareholders are advised that Mr Yunis Shaik’s designation on the Seardel board of
directors has changed from independent non-executive director to non-executive
director, further to his appointment as an executive director of Hosken
Consolidated Investments (HCI) as announced on SENS on 19 March 2014.
Audit Committee composition
As a result of the above, Mr Shaik has tendered his resignation as a member of
Seardel’s audit committee, with immediate effect. A further announcement will be
made with regard to the composition of the audit committee once this has been
finalised.
