RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The directors are pleased to advise that at the annual
general meeting of the Company held today, Friday,
28 March 2014, all the ordinary and special resolutions
presented in the notice of annual general meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution providing for an amendment to the
Memorandum of Incorporation will be filed for
registration with CIPC.
