NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ordinary Shareholders are advised that the results reflected in the annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2013, included in the integrated report posted on 31 March 2014, contains
no changes from the preliminary audited results which were released on SENS on Tuesday, 11 March
2014.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at 14h00 on Friday, 23 May
2014 at Iliad House, Thornhill Office Park, 94 Bekker Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand. The notice of the
annual general meeting is issued with the integrated report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2013.
Shareholders are further advised that the integrated report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2013, will be available on its website
(www.iliadafrica.co.za) on 4 April 2014.
