Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 9 January 2014 regarding the Company's Financial
Reporting Schedule for the 2014 calendar year and are advised that the Financial Reporting Schedule has been revised
as set out in the table below. The Revised Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2014 calendar year has been notified
to the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (“RFSA”) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) as required
by the BVB Rulebook.
Publication of the audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2013: 5 February 2014
Publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2013: 31 March 2014
Publication of the financial results for the 1st quarter of 2014: 15 May 2014
Publication of the financial results for the 1st half of 2014: 30 July 2014
Publication of the financial results for the 3rd quarter of 2014: 14 November 2014
Any revisions of these dates will be notified in advance.
