AMENDMENT TO FREQUENCY OF REPORTING PERIODS
Litha shareholders are advised that Litha will no longer report its financial results on a
quarterly basis.
Litha previously reported its financial results on a quarterly basis in compliance with
reporting requirements of its majority shareholder, Paladin Labs Inc. (“Paladin”). With
reference to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service on
6 November 2013, Paladin has been acquired by Endo Health Solutions effective
1 March 2014. As a result of Litha’s size relative to the significantly larger group,
Litha is no longer required to provide quarterly financial information to Paladin.
Accordingly, the board of directors of Litha has resolved to follow standard reporting
practice and report only its interim and year end results.
