PLACEMENT OF FORTRESS A AND B LINKED UNITS
Fortress linked unitholders are advised that the placement of 37 million Fortress A linked units and
10.25 million Fortress B linked units on behalf of Amber Peek Investments Proprietary Limited (“Amber Peek”)
has been successfully concluded.
The Fortress A linked units were placed at R14.00 each and the Fortress B linked units at R9.00 each. The
placement was significantly oversubscribed at this level and successful applicants will be advised of their
allocations during the course of the day.
