UPDATE ON PAYMENT OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the reviewed results for the year ended 31 December 2013 announcement (“results
announcement) released on SENS on 4 March 2014.
The results announcement referred to a declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control approval.
Brimstone is now in a position to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been obtained and the payment of the
special dividend will proceed as set out in the results announcement.
