APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
15 October 2013 detailing RMH’s executive succession plan.
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMH
confirms that Mr Herman Bosman has been appointed to the board of
directors of RMH (“RMH Board”) as Chief Executive Officer
Designate with effect from 2 April 2014.
The RMH Board welcomes Herman and wishes him well in his new
position.
