APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
15 October 2013 detailing RMI’s executive succession plan.
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMI
confirms that Mr Herman Bosman has been appointed to the board of
directors of RMI (“RMI Board”) as Chief Executive Officer
Designate with effect from 2 April 2014.
The RMI Board welcomes Herman and wishes him well in his new
position.
